Our ability to provide a ‘turnkey solution’ or road ready vehicle is achieved by understanding the level of testing and Quality Assurance (QA) required on the specific customer project.

Every project has a QA involvement ensuring project conformance. However, we recognise that some projects can require additional often more complex testing and, where this is the case, we will generate a test plan to complement our standard QA documentation.

To support our customers, we have invested in our Quality Department, both capabilities and resources.   Some of the regular tests and inspections include:

  • Functionality
  • Road trials and handling
  • Dynamic
  • Vibration
  • Climate

Recent years have also seen a significant investment in dedicated onsite test facilities such as:

  • EMC test chamber (simulates an Open Area Test Site (OATS) without interference from environmental electromagnetic field pollution)
  • Ballistic test chamber
  • MOT test chamber

Our aim is to both provide our customers with a comprehensive range of tested products, and manage the often complicated and demanding project test requirements, for example:

  • Type approval
  • IVA
  • Safety case
